∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Preferably any diploma or training on productivity or efficiency increase in garments industry.

∎ At least 7 year(s)

Knit Garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) & update SMV database based on method improvement;
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation;
∎ Modify design & layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Operator skill checking, communicate with respective cross functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found;
∎ Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process;
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it;
∎ Find out root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability;
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
