∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;

∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 100% quality through working under assigned sections.
∎ Supervise as well as train, evaluate and give proper direction of work to subordinates.
∎ Ensure 100% quality, standard & safety procedure of samples by checking the process properly & meet buyer's expected quality standard.
∎ Maintain & fill up sample compliance sheet, dummy fitting & measurement report in buyer PLM (Product Life Management) site within time frame.
∎ Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Follow up properly all the rules and regulations which is indicated by company and buyer compliance.
