We are a well-established Tent manufacturing company located in the Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) and are looking for a highly motivated Officer/Executive for its Tent Production.

1. To make an effective machine lay-out to meet its production schedule.
2. To monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section. Monitoring hourly production as per its set target.        
3. Report to production head on its daily production status.        
4. To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and by coordinating with other interactive functions/department.        
5. Strong monitoring & follow up in order to achieve its daily production target as per its given schedule.        
6. To inform higher authority for its required support soonest failing its target achievement.        
7. To ask explanation from In- charge/Line-chief for any target achievement failure and take necessary action immediately.        
8. To keep the production floor along with its responsible area neat & clean and in hygienic condition.        
9. To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.        
10. To follow the principle of cost minimizing. Ensure the good quality of the products and knowledge on KPI.        
11. Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
