∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in software & hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Manage IT infrastructure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise on Windows systems support and security (Advance feature like firewall updates, activation, GPE, Service/port security, backup-restore).
∎ Expertise on Linux (RedHat/Debian) as file systems, user admin, packages deployment, firewall.
∎ Experience on Mikrotik device basic setup with routing; (Interface setup, firewall rules, WAN protocols, tunnels, Vlan).
∎ Experience on Cisco Switching (Basic setup/ port security, line, vty, Access, trucking, Vlan configuration).
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Problem solving and analytical ability.
∎ Excellent English and Bangla verbal and written skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
