Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily basis monitoring & follow-up on the collection of overdue receivables.
∎ Attend respective court(s) as a part of the continuing legal process.
∎ Initiate auction process as required to dispose of any collateral of problematic clients.
∎ Continuously work out to collect from write-off accounts.
∎ Manage litigation with the write-off accounts.
∎ Any SAM / Legal related issue i.e. reviewing the policy, preparing manual, inclusion of valuation company, Lawyer Firm, Third party recovery agent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Special Asset Management or working experience in the legal area of the banking sector.
∎ Having in-depth knowledge of banking regulatory framework and guidelines on Asset Liability Management.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Bengali.
