• Experience in UI/UX design, user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Familiarity with micro-interactions, animation, iconography, and vector design.

• Understanding of design systems and component-based design.

• Strong collaboration skills with product, development, QA, and Marketing teams.

• Ability to manage multiple design assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of visual consistency, user empathy, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in design tools and a willingness to stay current with industry trends.

• Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate ideas for assigned products.

• Translate initial sketches and concepts into intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces, continuously refining designs based on research insights and usability feedback.

• Collaborate with developers to prepare UI mock-ups and ensure seamless integration, applying device-specific optimizations and mitigation plans where necessary.

• Take a user-centric approach to design- conducting quick usability tests with internal users and iterating designs in an agile development environment.

• Design and document reusable components as part of a Centralized Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across the bKash ecosystem (App & non-app).

• Maintain visual and functional consistency by actively contributing to the development and upkeep of the Design System across all platforms.

• Stay current with evolving design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the product design process to enhance overall user experience.
