Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess adequate knowledge of competitive and complementary products and provide exceptional ideas to the team
∎ Promote the business product owner's product visions by researching, conceiving, sketching, and prototyping user experiences while identifying design challenges and devising appropriate mitigation plans
∎ Convert concepts into visuals and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences and closely work with developers to prepare UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product/service/feature functions and will look like
∎ Conduct tests, collect feedback from, and validate the concept and mockup designs among real customers to ensure quality
∎ Adhere to a customer-centric design approach and test and iterate the designs in an agile method
∎ Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements and contribute to designing user experiences that meet the respective stakeholder’s needs and vision accordingly
∎ Maintain synergy with a cross-functional team of business product managers, developers, and technology stakeholders in all phases of the product development lifecycle
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Experience with Web/App Development & Design, UX Design, and UI Design is required
∎ Knowledge in product design, prototyping, and other designing tools – Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma is preferred
∎ Strong team player mindset with proper communication skills to be an organizational fit
∎ Previous involvement in technology-driven companies will be an added advantage
