Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities / Input
∎ Arrange, conduct and support AML&CFT Trainings such as ToT, Agent, Merchant and Intuitional training, KYC QC guideline training etc.
∎ Assist in AML & CFT Contents Development such as booklet development for Merchant, Distributor, Agents, different training modules like AV contents.
∎ Other Administrative issues related to training such as database maintenance, weekly/monthly reporting, Event-wise Feedbacks etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ • Academic Qualification:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
∎ Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferred. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Key Skills:
∎ Self-initiated and fast learner
∎ Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individual group
∎ High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence.
∎ Positive mind-set and result-oriented
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ecellent in interpersonal relationship and negotiation skill

∎ Technical/Job Knowledge:
∎ Skill/experience on Training (preferred)
∎ Experience in AML&CFT Training or Faculty training (preferred)
∎ Working knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power point, Word)
