IT System Management, Desktop hardware, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Context:
∎ Decision-making: He have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks based on different location and project.
∎ Communications and collaboration: He must collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management, Factory on a regular basis.
∎ Organizational skills: You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the complete System Administration (Windows & Linux Server Management, DNS Server Management, Network Management etc.)
∎ Maintain Active Directory.
∎ Look After the Mail Server Management Microsoft Exchange 2016
∎ Maintain the Database Management (MySQL)
∎ Handle Software Development & Management (Time & Attendance Management System, Asset Management System, Call Register, Website Development)
∎ Implement & Maintain Disaster Recovery Plan / Backup & Restore process;
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ Schedule upgrading and security backups of hardware and software systems, as required;
∎ Ensure basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting; mail/ outlook configuration; printer, IP camera, CCTV & access control device related works, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Buying House, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
∎ Must have minimum 06 years of hand on experience in which 2 years as team leader in a large reputed corporate body.
∎ Must have a thorough knowledge of systems administration, operations, analysis and program design, disaster recovery, software testing and quality assurance, software and network architecture and court and case management processing.
∎ Must be an efficient planner, strong team player and well disciplined.
∎ Must possess effective leadership and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of clients.
∎ Must be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali
