∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstration & Installation of Corporate Version eScan Antivirus Software.
∎ Setup configuration & support of different software solution on various platforms.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
∎ Maintaining & monitoring LAN & WAN.
∎ Giving customer support onsite, remote & via phone.
∎ Troubleshooting and configuring office desktop, laptop, Scanner & replacing parts as required.
∎ Maintaining documentation & giving daily update to supervisor.
∎ Generate New Customers through new visit & ensuring prompt support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
