∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, server virtualization and end point protection.
∎ Responsible for installing and upgrading Operating Systems and Software, Virtual Servers.
∎ Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
∎ Responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory and other Operating Systems i.e. Linux, Windows, Centos etc.
∎ Responsible for providing documentation and technical specifications to implement or upgrade of ICT infrastructure.
∎ Responsible for leading desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
