Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university having no 3rd class in his / her academic career.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform and ensure activities regarding Environment friendly banking, CSR, Sustainable banking and Sustainable finance as time to time instructed by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ To perform and ensure all the activities regarding Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) announced by United Nations (UN) as instructed by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ To perform the activities/ functions regarding preparation of Sustainability Reporting (to do jointly with Finance & Accounts Division).
∎ To perform and ensure all the activities of on-Lending/On-Blending Refinance/Pre-Finance/Reimbursement of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ To perform the activities regarding permission from Bangladesh Bank in relation to creation of Financial Instrument and Product of Green Finance and Sustainable Finance.
∎
∎ To perform the activities regarding the Annual Budget of Green Finance, CSR, Climate Risk Fund, Green Marketing and take approval from the Board of Directors through Sustainable Finance Committee.
∎ Any other job/instruction as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years' Banking experience including at least 2 years' in Sustainable Finance / Branch or HO Credit.
∎ Candidates having Masters in Environmental Science / Geography will get preference.
∎ Advanced user of MS Access & Excel.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
