Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Packaging Industry, Dairy

The candidate should have a Bachelor/Master`s degree in any discipline from any government-approved institute with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd division/class or comparable result in all academic examinations

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Packaging Industry, Dairy

• Age 25 to 42 years

• Maintain accurate inventory records for RM, PM, and general store items using inventory management software

• Perform regular stock checks and audits to avoid shortages or overstock situations

• Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of all material

• Ensure materials are stored in appropriate conditions (e.g., temperature-controlled storage for RM)

• Receive goods as purchase orders and ensure bills comply with company policies

• Coordinate the timely issuance of materials to production units based on requisitions

• Follow FIFO and FEFO methods for stock rotation

• Ensure the store complies with hygiene and safety standards as per food processing regulations

• Supervise and train store assistants or laborers in handling and organizing materials

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and shortages

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
