Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review & re engineering Process & Policy as per requirement of Division
∎ Analyze & proceed retail loan applications according to Product Program Guidelines (PPG), SOP & Bangladesh Bank Regulation & Guideline
∎ Analyze & evaluate the credit worthiness of borrower
∎ Allocate delinquent portfolio among the team members of the respective area
∎ Target setting for respective area (KPI assessment align with portfolio) and performance measure and review of respective team
∎ Ensure to compliance update policies related to Account Settlement, Waiver & maintaining MIS track to measure productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institutions for Senior Officer position
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
∎ Analytical and decision making/judgment skills
