Job Responsibilities:
∎ Core IE Task to reduce CPM and Improve productivity and Efficiency.
∎ Change Management for improvement.
∎ Working on the production floor & dealing with Supervisor and In charge.
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Do risk analysis and identify critical operation.
∎ Time study, Method study (PMTS) & reporting
∎ Collecting daily floor production data and other performance data
∎ Follow the instructions which will be given by the concern authority to the point
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Worker Skill test report for new recruited worker.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Any others task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good skill in MS officer, PowerPoint & Internet browsing.
∎ Good skill speaking, listening & writing in English.
∎ Good Communication skill with worker.
∎ Good technical knowledge on garments manufacturing.
∎ Good Knowledge about (Operation Management, Operation Research, SCM, Quality Management, Engineering statistics).
∎ Planners who have knowledge on Fast-React and ERP will get Preference.
∎ Planner must have experience in the production follow-up and IE.
∎ Candidate get preference who live in near factory.
