Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Human Resource Management from a Recognized University.

Responsibilities & Context:

A well-reputed manufacturing company is inviting applications from dynamic and experienced HR professionals to join its team.

  • Support new employee orientation and onboarding formalities.

  • Ensure employee records and practices are in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.

  • Maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions and ensure due process.

  • Assist in handling grievances and resolving workplace issues diplomatically.

  • Assist in conducting background verification and reference checks.

  • Schedule interviews, prepare assessments, and coordinate with other interview-related formalities.

  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and official communications.

  • Participate in policy formulation and HR process improvement initiatives.

  • Support internal communication and company culture development.

  • Assist in exit interviews and offboarding formalities.
