• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration (Diploma in Textile / Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience may also apply)

Experience Requirements:

• Sr. Officer: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finished fabric store in garments/textile industry.

• Officer: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.

>) Sound knowledge of different fabric types, GSM, and quality parameters.

>) Basic understanding of ERP or store management software.

>) Good communication and reporting skills.

>) Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

>) Job location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Finished Fabric Store, including receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of finished fabrics.

• Conduct inspection of finished fabrics for shade, GSM, width, and physical defects before storage or issuance.

• Maintain accurate records of all fabric transactions in ERP or manual registers.

• Organize fabrics systematically by color, lot, roll number, and order reference for smooth handling and delivery.

• Ensure proper identification tags and documentation are attached to each fabric roll.

• Support implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) system for proper inventory management.

• Coordinate with cutting, production, and planning departments for timely fabric delivery as per production requirements.

• Prepare daily and weekly stock reports and submit to the Store In-Charge / Manager.

• Participate in periodic physical stock counting and help reconcile system vs. physical records.

• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the finished fabric store area.

• Follow company policies, internal controls, and compliance standards during all store activities.
