•  Implementation according to the buyers’ requirements.

• Learning the buyer’s QA Manual and proper understanding of the worksheet.

• Ensure the development of sample quality to meet customer requirements before sending to the buyer.

• Follow the risk analysis of any style and share the risk analysis with the relevant department.

• Collect all the documents as per the style with maintaining a checklist and make a complete style file.

• Collect Size Set approval from the merchandiser / Buyer and advice for pattern correction to CAD if there is any. Also, follow up that the Size Set Sample is being made as per the submission plan.

• Take the approved trims card from the buyer/merchandiser and cross-check that all the approved items are attached to the trims card.

• Collect fabric inspection & accessories inspection report.

• Inspect & keep record of shade band of fabric, Shrinkage, twisting, etc.

• Check QC size set making and fix the solving problem.

• Report to the concerned person regarding the size set before bulk production.

• Attend Pre-Production meeting and represent buyer’s comments.

• Trail cutting follow-up according to time & date.

• Check marker, cutting follow-up, sewing input follow up and observe sewing layout.

• First production review and comments. Advice is necessary corrective action.

• Check the sewing line process & check the quality of the output garments.

• Ensure security & product safety as well as buyer technical compliance.

• Measurement check at the finishing section and keep a report.

• Collect the Folding approval and provide it to the finishing section.

• Conduct Initial, Inline, Pre-Final & Final Inspection as per AQL.

• Update production GM if goods are not ready as per the delivery plan and do not maintain the quality standard.

• Prepare the Inspection room for Buyer QC and inform all QA managers.

• Follow up packing procedure like – Assortment check, Carton Weight Measurement check, SKU check, etc.

• Solve all the problems by discussing with QA, Production and technical managers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly and yearly Inspection pass/fail result.
