Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, regulatory reports, proper books of accounts and documents;
∎ To ensure that the books of accounts have been maintained incompliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) as adopted in Bangladesh, Companies Act and other rules and regulations as applicable;
∎ To ensure compliance of contractual terms and conditions when financial issues are concerned while making payments to employees, contractors and suppliers;
∎ Collecting, analyzing and interpreting VAT related Government issued SRO and put into practice in regular dealings;
∎ To ensure timely payments of the bills in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures and guidelines;
∎ Prepare and update the VAT & Tax related books and register;
∎ To maintain fixed asset record in an appropriate manner;
∎ To monitor advance, receivables and payables;
∎ To discharge duties assign to you time to time by the management.
