∎ Age 25 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with department heads to prepare purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and organizational needs.
∎ Negotiate with vendors to secure the procurement of quality goods as directed by the Head of Department, maintaining high standards and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Manage the procurement and distribution of printing materials, including forms, office files, envelopes, ID cards, visiting cards, and calendars, following approval protocols.
∎ Compile and prepare various work orders as per management approval, ensuring clarity and adherence to established protocols.
∎ Oversee office renovation activities, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Facilitate different billing processes as authorized by higher authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines.
∎ Verify and process utility service bills for all branches and the Head Office, ensuring timely payments and budget compliance.
∎ Ensure the up-to-date maintenance of office vehicle documents, including fitness certificates, tax tokens, and insurance policies.
∎ Maintain the currency of official documents and certificates, including DCCI certificate, trade license, IRC license, TIN certificate, and VAT certificate.
∎ Handle tasks related to the input and output of asset register systems within the FIS software, maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.
