Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive production plan & prepare swing plan accordingly;
∎ Conduct pre production meeting internally to proceed bulk production;
∎ Follow up layout plan accordingly to approve sample;
∎ Ensure availability of Floor In Charge, Line Chief, Supervisor according to necessity in each month & instruct them working procedure;
∎ Coordinate with cutting & finishing department;
∎ Lead, direct, & supervise the activities of all the employees of sewing department;
∎ Ensure company rules & regulation & buyer compliance;
∎ Ensure all report, record, register preparation;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
