Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with a good academic record of accomplishment.
∎ Certification from a Korean University and proficiency in the Korean language will be considered as a Special Qualification.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary responsibility is the translation of financial and business reports between Korean and English, as a translator/interpreter role.
∎ Assist Korean-speaking customers with their banking needs, including account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
∎ Serve Korean-speaking customers by processing their transactions, handling deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking tasks.
∎ Work with Korean-speaking clients to explain loan options, assist with loan applications, and guide them through the lending process.
∎ Specialize in reporting for Korean stakeholders within the bank and may be responsible for creating reports in the Korean language with the Global Head Office.
∎ Preparing reports on the performance and activities of international branches, including those in Korea. These reports could be in Korean and are typically shared with the head office.
∎ Ensuring legal compliance with all policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate office maintenance and repairs and ensure workplace safety.
∎ Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
∎ Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Banking experience will add value.
∎ Having knowledge of banking regulatory framework and guidelines on Asset Liability Management.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bengali, English, and Korean.
