Experience in the health & hygiene products (diaper, baby care, or sanitary napkin) manufacturing industry will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of QC processes, raw material testing, and product inspection.

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), one of the fastest-growing and most diversified industrial conglomerates in Bangladesh, is inviting applications for its sister concern, Meghna Ball Pen & Accessories MFG Limited. The company manufactures and markets well-known products such as Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes, and Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin. To strengthen the QC team, we are looking for an Officer / Senior Officer – QC. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting day-to-day analysis of raw materials, ensuring product quality, and reporting to the department head at the factory complex.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct routine quality control inspections at various stages of the diaper manufacturing process, including raw material inspection, production line checks, and finished product testing of Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes & Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin.
Perform physical and visual inspections of diapers to assess quality attributes such as size, shape, absorbency, elasticity, and overall appearance.
Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and waste reduction.
Monitor and maintain quality control equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance schedules are followed.
Collect and verify consumer complaints and take initiatives to resolve consulting with the department head.
