Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct routine quality control inspections at various stages of the diaper manufacturing process, including raw material inspection, production line checks, and finished product testing of Fresh Happy Nappy Pant Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes & Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin.
- Perform physical and visual inspections of diapers to assess quality attributes such as size, shape, absorbency, elasticity, and overall appearance.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Monitor and maintain quality control equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance schedules are followed.
- Collect and verify consumer complaints and take initiatives to resolve consulting with the department head.
