∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor/ Line Management, Production Management (Sewing), Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Manpower Planning & allocation
∎ Efficiency & capacity assessment & analysis
∎ Prepare operational Layout plan with man, machine & product mix
∎ Train workers with easy & standard methods to develop skilled workforce
∎ Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, quality, efficiency report in regular basis
∎ Operation Breakdown & Layout
∎ Capacity Graph
∎ Production Study
∎ Production Planning Execution
∎ Participate in PP Meeting
∎ Operator Assessment.
∎ Operator increment file make
∎ Motion improvement & record.
∎ Method Development & Record
∎ 5'S Audit & Campaign
∎ MMR & NPT report
∎ Follow up Wash Send and Receive
∎ Data collection & Entry

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to work under pressure.
