Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Ensure loading, unloading of products and labors as per delivery requirements.
∎ Maintain & update delivered products register on regular basis.
∎ Maintain delivery truck serial and order for smooth delivery activities.
∎ Issue loading slip for truck serial after checking the sales order.
∎ Provide Delivery Challan and Vat Challan for every shipment before the trucks leave the store/ factory.
∎ Maintain sales and stock register for inventory and movement (i.e In and Out).
∎ Supervise cleaning activities when delivery vehicles are being unloaded or loaded.
∎ Follow up with both drivers and customers to ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
