∎ Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.

∎ Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Offer sales support and technical assistance to customers.
∎ Coordinate after-sales service, installations, and maintenance.
∎ Handle order processing and documentation.
∎ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for water pumps and related products in the assigned territory.
∎ Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers to expand market reach.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
∎ Present and demonstrate water pump products to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management.
∎ Provide after-sales support, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
∎ Address customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
