Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with the field force to manage sales orders effectively.
∎ Ensure timely processing of sales orders and delivery order generation.
∎ Monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
∎ Maintain a record of pending schedules and take necessary actions to address any delays.
∎ Create individual sales statements considering daily delivery and pending sales orders.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Generate daily and monthly sales reports categorized by area/territory.
∎ Analyze sales performance across different regions and provide insights for decision-making.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance analysis reports of the field force.
∎ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards sales targets.
∎ Generate reports categorizing sales data by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), party, and depot.
∎ Analyze sales performance at the SKU, party, and depot levels to optimize inventory management and distribution.
∎ Conduct monthly and yearly analysis of party performance based on sales data.
∎ Identify top-performing parties and areas for improvement to enhance business relationships and sales revenue.
∎ Generate ad-hoc reports as per management's requirements, providing insights into specific aspects of sales operations.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate and timely reports.
