• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land procurement.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate/ Developer
• 5 years experience in Real Estate Sector of similar.
• Computer literacy is a must
• Should have understanding capability about land documents
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development & Land procurement.
• Able to coordinate all Land Procurement activities.
• Able to prepare Land Procurement Feasibility.
• Knowledge about FAR Rules.
• Knowledge about RAJUK, NHA and others land related departments.
• Able to maintain relationship with existing and potential landowners.
• Knowledge about complete proposal making.
• Able to maintain landowner list with proper report.
• Able to maintain competitors analysis in market.
• Able to maintain weekly report and submit to management by weekly basis.
• Knowledge about Deed of Agreement and Power of Attorney for land procurement.
