Experience:

• The candidate must hold a BBA in Marketing with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class/division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university.

• Age, educational qualifications, and professional experience may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates

• Candidates must possess technical expertise in consumer products, sales methodologies, order processing, payment systems, market demographics, user profiling, and customer preference analysis

• Strong communication skills are essential, along with proven abilities in networking, negotiation, customer relationship management, strategic decision-making, and report preparation

• Must be capable of performing effectively under pressure

• Manage the sales and distribution of premium rice varieties—including Chinigura, Polawor, Miniket, Najirshail, BRAC Dahan-2—as well as dal and honey products.

• Devise and implement weekly visitation plan for modern trade and departmental stores; consistently update management on sales progress and action plans.

• Ensure optimal product display at retail outlets; oversee timely credit recovery processes

• Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory

• Organize and participate in different promotional campaigns at potential out lets and participate in different fair to demonstrate the products at public

• Organize and participate in promotional campaigns at key outlets; represent the company at fairs and public events to demonstrate products.

• Oversee the placement of promotional materials at trade points and local markets; ensure brand visibility and consistency

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and policies; provide management with insights and recommendations

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
