Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sales planning and take initiatives to achieve the sales target
∎ Confirm timely collection of receivables from clients as per policy
∎ Maintain timely product delivery to the clients
∎ Prepare and finalize sales and collection forecast with necessary analysis and comparison
∎ Manage possess drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities
∎ Ensure market visit, new client hunt, creating market opportunity and report to authority
∎ Implement organisational policies & strategies to compete with competitors
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients
∎ Provide prompt and on time services to customers
∎ Prepare report time to time as per management requirement
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
