Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the customer needs, recommend suitable Products & services and ensure sales.
∎ Manage and increase the existing Retail Liability Portfolio – Cash Management, Payroll and School Banking Account Management and Utility service providers’ account Management.
∎ Manage and increase the existing Retail Asset Portfolio – Personal Loan, House Building Loan, Auto Loan.
∎ Achieve sales targets within stipulated timeline.
∎ Promote retail products and services in target market segments to increase market share.
∎ Resolve customer query effectively.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-6 years’ experience in Bank including at least 02 years’ experience in relevant field.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to deal and work in a diverse team.
