This role is responsible for managing and resolving customer queries in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams for effective solutions, and maintaining accurate query records. The position will play a vital part in improving service processes, strengthening customer trust, and supporting the company’s mission to build a greener and more energy-efficient future.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure accurate logging, tracking, and resolution of all queries.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and support.

  • Maintain query databases and generate periodic reports for management review.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure follow-up until closure.

  • Identify recurring queries and recommend process improvements for efficiency.

  • Uphold service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation.
