Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years

• Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in utility, loan, or financial services.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.

• Experience in outbound sales to the UK market is highly desirable.

• Strong target orientation and ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to work on-site in Dhanmondi during specified hours (3 PM – 12 AM, Mon–Fri).

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling utility contracts and loan products to customers in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and prior experience in outbound sales, preferably in the utility or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential UK customers to promote utility and loan products.

• Explain product features, benefits, terms, and pricing clearly and persuasively.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable utility or loan solutions.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Handle customer objections and provide timely solutions.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and compliance requirements.
