Responsibilities & Context:
Promote overseas and local job vacancies to attract suitable candidates.
Create and publish job advertisements on social media, job portals, and other marketing channels.
Generate leads and maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates.
Counsel candidates about job roles, salary, duty hours, benefits, and visa process.
Coordinate interview schedules and inform candidates about date, time, and required documents.
Assist candidates with documentation such as CV, passport, medical, and other requirements.
Communicate with foreign employers, agents, and recruitment partners regarding manpower demand.
Achieve monthly and project-based recruitment and marketing targets.
Conduct market research on manpower demand, salary trends, and competitor activities.
Visit training centers, institutes, and field areas to source candidates.
Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally.
Maintain and update candidate databases and follow-up records.
Coordinate closely with processing, visa, and operations teams.
Promote company brand image and maintain transparency and trust with candidates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and recruitment reports.
Independently shoot and create advertisement promotion content (photos and videos) for job marketing.
