Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • 1-2 Years of experience in relevant department (who provides customer service in English) would get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email.

  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Note: Office Hour: 2pm - 11pm (April - October), 3pm - 12am (November - March). Weekend: Sunday. Please do not apply if you are not fine with this time frame.
