Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile, having major in Garment/Apparel Manuf. Technology / Post Graduate from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with the QA Asst. Manager in Implementing standard procedure of quality assurance & control.
∎ Attend pre-production meeting for new style regarding the QA Issues.
∎ Check the layout and worksheet.
∎ Discuss with line operator for identifying the defect process and take action for it.
∎ Ensure all SOPs are implemented according to Buyer QA Manual
∎ Identify quality issues and analyse complex problems, recommended and implement preventive or corrective actions.
∎ Execute Corrective and preventive action plan as per recommendation of management.
∎ Follow up QA/Supervisor's regular work.
∎ Maintain observed Quality Level (OQL) data for factory
∎ Data collection and generating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
∎ Make size set report before pre production.
∎ Make measurement report, purchase order (PO) sheet, risk level of style report.
∎ Control & ensure quality of our product using/monitoring the existing workforce.
∎ Maintain audit related documents and monitor regular practice as per recommendation.
∎ Ensure 100% measurement of key points are done and record maintained
∎ Plans, Prompts and organize training activities related to product quality & reliability.
∎ Create defect reduction action plan based on weekly OQL data and top 3 defects
∎ Report any other deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in Quality Dept from any large RMG Industry
∎ Pro-active,self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both English & Bengali
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
