Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Food Technology from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for quality production.
∎ Evaluate factory quality control standard as against required standard of customer.
∎ Check quality of products in process and ensure all chemical, physical properties conform to standard specification.
∎ Check sanitation, cleanliness and hygienic condition of process floor as per specification.
∎ Check all receiving raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals and fresh fruits as per standard specification.
∎ Prepare analytical reagent for chemical analysis.
∎ Collect samples from production floor and check physical, chemical and properties.
∎ Check market returns products and report to reporting Boss.
∎ Applicant must be capable to operate independently QC & QA Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience on Relevant Field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Good Communication skills both English and Bengali
∎ Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
