Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and complete Risk Assessment (RA) forms and lead Risk Assessment Meetings with cross-functional teams.
Fill up and review Pre-Production (PP) Meeting forms after size set approval.
Conduct PP Meetings to align all stakeholders on quality standards, specifications, and production expectations.
Prepare and execute Pilot Run formats and conduct Pilot Run Meetings.
Conduct In-Line report with first output garments from sewing line
Conduct Pre-Final Inspections with ready packing lists to ensure products meet buyer requirements before final audit.
Perform Final Inspection based on AQL standards and buyer guidelines.
