Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate, preferably MBA.
∎ Internal Auditor certificate on ISO 9001:2015, preferably Lead Auditor certificate on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update Manuals, Procedures, Forms, Checklists and other departmental documents for new and existing functions and outlets according to company & management system requirements (ISO 9001:2015) & (ISO22000:2005) in consultation with respective HoDs.
∎ Conduct and monitor internal audits of the company according to the Audit plan and Quality Management System (QMS) procedure. Conduct and assist prepare internal audit reports whenever necessary.
∎ Prepare report on the findings of the Quality Management System (QMS) audit and present to RSL Management.
∎ Follow-up on audit findings and guide users to take corrective and preventive measures effectively.
∎ Maintain audit log and follow the responsiveness of the process owners on non-conformities treatment.
∎ Maintain liaison with certification bodies and facilitate QMS External Audit at defined frequency (Half Yearly) and FSMS External Audit (Yearly Basis)
∎ Facilitate QMS & FSMS Steering Committee (SCM) and Management Review Meeting (MRM) at defined frequency and follow-up any actions/decision taken in the meeting.
∎ Prepare Monthly Quality Reports (MQR) on identified KPIs and report to RSL Management and RA Group Quality Assurance team during RSL QMS steering committee meeting and group QLT meeting respectively.
∎ Provide awareness on basic QMS & FSMS Operation to new joiners on a regular interval and develop "Quality First" mindset throughout the organization.
∎ Training/awareness session on new version of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) for all management and non-management staff of RSL.
∎ Establish Risk based process approach in RSL.
∎ Update all relevant laws, code of practice and standards for compliance
∎ Prepare report on the findings of the audit of Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2005) and present to RSL Management.
∎ Training /Awareness session on ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS) for all Management and Non-management staff.
∎ Training /Awareness session on HACCP & GMP for all Management and Non-management staff of Outlet.
∎ Coordinate with QA Department for Quality and Food Safety related documents.
∎ Promote a positive company image and scope of the performance of these duties.

∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Presentation skills
∎ MS office applications

Salary: Negotiable
