Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC/ HSC passed / pursuing graduation are requested to come for the interview
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve departmental sales targets as per ABP.
∎ To ensure highest level of customer care through providing customer services.
∎ Assist Department Head in analyzing departmental achievements forecasting sales.
∎ Display and Merchandise products in standard with the Planogram.
∎ Keep the workstation and customer areas clean and hygienic.
∎ Follow FIFO (First in First out) for effective rotation of products.
∎ Check expiry of products periodically and report to the Department Head.
∎ Communicate with other Outlets regarding product issues.
∎ Follow the QMS procedures as instructed by the line manager.
∎ Assist in receiving products from warehouse/suppliers and engage in loading, unloading & carrying products to shelves.
Salary: Tk. 6500 - 10000 (Monthly)
