Dyeing Factory
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Must have the experience in Sweater Yarn Dyeing QC related problem finding and solutions.
∎ • Conduct day to day quality activities at the production floor, Lab for ensuring quality goods has been produced.
∎ • Perform incoming material inspection (IMI), in-line QC and final inspection as per customer specifications.
∎ • Update and keep all quality records and perform internal audit regarding quality issues.
∎ • Handle customer complain, product testing, calibration, etc.
∎ • Face the quality audit conducted in customer’s factory.
∎ • Submit periodical QC report to the management.
∎ • Monitor operator at the production floor.
∎ • Ensure the quality of finished product and compare with standard.
∎ • Perform routine calibration of lab equipment
∎ • Must have knowledge to find out the problem of the production and able to solve the problem.
∎ • Improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes
∎ • Preserve necessary data/documents and test results appropriately
∎ • Conduct hygiene & sanitation and safe working practice for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in production floor. Lab
∎ • Ensure products quality specification of finished products as per buyer requirements.
∎ • Good interpersonal, Effective communication and report writing skills.
∎ • Shall able to improve existing Quality Management System (QMS) and day to day development of the buyers requirement and aware of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) of the buyer's.
∎ • Must have ability to face on Technical Audit & Compliance Audit.
∎ • Keep all QC records of every batch of production.
∎ • Must develop new QC team in the production floor
∎ • Any other tasks given by management.
