Production in Printing and Packaging Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing production target and follow up to achieve the targeted production.
∎ Prepare and maintain production schedule to ensure smooth production on daily basis.
∎ Setup production lines/machines based on planning manpower and materials availability.
∎ Prepare work plan and assign job duties to the supporting workers of production team.
∎ Prepare production sample as per customers requirement.
∎ Assist in production process to achieve target on time.
∎ Train up the team members to reduce error of work to achieve production target.
∎ Check and verify carton packaging raw materials stock and communicate to the concern department as & when required.
∎ Maintain a safe, healthy and clean work environment.
∎ Prepare different types of production reports such as: Production report, machine downtime report, utilisation report and consumption report of raw materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in packaging (Auto Corrugated Carton) Industries.
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Communication and team work skill.
