Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Offset printing and packaging, Printing Packaging Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize resources including receiving raw Materials and production equipment to run smooth operation.
∎ Supervise operators in order to ensure smooth production of offset packaging products
∎ Prepare daily and monthly production plan and execute them in proper way.
∎ Execute the production process as per Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Participate in production process to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of offset packaging products
∎ Identify problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions of production.
∎ Assist the supervisor to prepare the production budget, develop quality and improve efficiency of production methods.
∎ Ensure and monitor employee safety, maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the production premises.
∎ Maintain communication with other departments for ensuring production in a timely manner.

∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Sound Knowledge about production Machines of Offset packaging
