Attend To Sms / SRS Plan Review Meeting With merchandiser / GMT Tech / Pattern Tech /Supervisor etc and Provide Feedback.
Obtain SMS SRS Plan from Planning Operation and Make the Preparation Schedule.
Organize the SMS Pre Production Meeting with Cutting / Input Man and Pass Quality Requirement.
Guide for the Quality requirement, potential Defect/Quality Issue During Feeding.
Ensure Appearance Workmanship Assurance Specification at the End Line Checking Process.
Ensure Proper Shrinkage Allowance is Added to The Patten from Pattern Tech.
Overlook Wash process for all wash styles Proper Material Relaxing and Shrinkage Evacuation Procedure Follow up with Material / Cutting Team.
Obtain before Wash Measurement Spec from Pattern / Garment Tech Ensure Before Wash Measurement.
Ensure Garments Are Free from before Wash Quality Issued.
Follow Up Daily / Weekly Quality Report and Take Action for abnormalities.
Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.
Provide accurate measurement record and sample assessment comments onto the Tech pack and highlight points of non-conformity Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
