Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and monitor the process of product documentation
∎ Design business process flow
∎ Monitor and approve of processing of documents
∎ Monitor live products and find feasible solutions to issues
∎ Seamlessly coordinate integration
∎ Assess the partner’s integration approach and guide them throughout the process
∎ Identify improvements and needs for future product development
∎ Deploy ideas to key stakeholders such as management, product, and development
∎ Meet partners (external/internal) to gather detailed requirement
∎ Perform data analysis and prepare reports for monitoring product performance
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned
∎ Meet the product KPIs as derived from organization goals
∎ Ability to write impressive user stories
∎ Regularly publish management dashboard on a regular and ad-hoc basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 31 years
∎ Have a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and pro-activeness
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders within and outside the organization
∎ Inherit excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Understanding of technical product delivery and ideation of management
∎ Knowledge of API and Data integration methods
∎ Concrete knowledge of DBMS
∎ Knowledge of software development
∎ Ability to write technical specs and user stories
∎ Have considerable knowledge of UI and UX
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
∎ Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects
