• Good command in English.

• Assign duties and responsibilities to all Inspectors and Junior Officers within the assigned area.

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of 1st bulk production, coordinating with production teams to maintain the right quality standards.

• Maintain Lot-to-Lot color continuity records, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) with relevant departments to sustain consistency.

• Supervise and control each step of the quality flow chart to ensure 100% defect-free products in every production batch.

• Maintain and organize all quality-related documents and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Provide technical and operational training to subordinates to upgrade their skills in quality assurance and process control.

• Monitor and control departmental expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
