Responsibilities & Context:
Abul Khair Group, one of the leading business conglomerates of th country, is looking for self-driven, enthusiastic and morally stron candidates for its following concern.
Unit: Abul Khair Consumer Goods Division
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials and services required by the company
Maintain supplier database, follow up on quotations and prepare purchase orders
Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
Verify PR/PO documentation and maintain purchase records for audit and compliance.
Monitor market trends, compare prices, and ensure cost-effective purchase.
Support project and operational terms by ensuring availability of required materials on time.
Coordinate with Accounts/Finance Department to process supplier bills on time.
