Responsibilities & Context:
Provide day to day IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issue.
Install, configure and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of LAN/WAN, internet and internet systems.
Regularly update and maintain IT assets and inventory records.
Support the implementation of IT policies and security protocols.
Assist in server management, data backup, and recovery processes.
Coordinate with service providers and vendors for IT-related purchases and services.
Any other IT-related tasks assigned by the management.
