∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Field (CDS System), Database management System, IT System Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all service activities on Waters Informatics products (Empower, SDMS NuGenesis, MassLynx including installation, demonstration, training of customers, maintenance, service plans, Service Contracts etc.);
∎ Ensure to solving problem in minimum down time for all Waters Informatics products (Empower, SDMS NuGenesis and MassLynx);
∎ Achieve revenue objectives, co-ordination with the Sales, Service and Application department;
∎ Deliver high quality service support to ensure customer satisfaction;
∎ Perform Domain creation, Operating System Installations and configurations for Server-Client Network, maintenance, upgrades etc.;
∎ Ability to solve Network problem;
∎ Effectively manage own calls, administration and inventory;
∎ Follow Waters routines with an emphasis on quality;
∎ Additional tasks when and where business demands;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill in written & spoken English;
∎ Sound knowledge about database operation (Preferable Oracle database);
∎ A good communicator with a high level of customer focus;
∎ A methodical approach to problem solving;
∎ A keen interest and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving;
